Hi Gents

Quick question; is the material for the baggage door latch pin & latch blocks provided in the kit or do you have to source it yourself? If its supplied I can't find it!!

Hello Rob,

Quick answer: :)

You have to make the latch pins out of stiff aluminium tubing length that is supplied in a short 18 or 24'' length. The two UHMW/Delrin bits are also supplied and they are fairly small and easily mislaid.

On my RV-8A plans, the latch pin info is on the baggage door page.

Hmm....they may have been missed on the inventory & not supplied. I can't find those bits anywhere! Very frustrating! Thanks for your reply David! If anyone has any spare please get in touch!!! lol
