New here and just doing a spot of research before ordering a kit, I am looking into the shipping and import Tax etc and notice that the details on this forum are from 2011/12 and I guess the HMRC would have changed them since then so wondered if anyone knows the process or who in HMRC I can ask to get the latest info.
 
As I can't comit to a full kit in one go I plan to purchase in parts and I know this will increase the overall shipping costs but it's either that or wait a few more years before I start and this way I can get it past the Domestic Manager a little easier and we all want an easier life.
