Hi Dennis i came over to you at Sywell You were just getting into your aircraft ! we had a chat. You may find that becuase of how the canopy struts push the canaopy you may always get movement try not to open and close with out strutts fitted. With regards to repair i would use Micro balloons and epoxy resin ( west systems ) Remove the seperated part and repair with filler. Its easy to sand and shape and is very durable Obviously you will need to repaint the aera Mix up the epoxy and hardener the quatnitys are automatically meashured with the dispensing pumps mix in the ballons until the texture is like dough. then apply to the area once dried suggest 24 hours sand back as required Prime and paint Regards Mark
