Sikaflex 226 Cleaner for pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Sikaflex 209 Primer for areas to be bonded. Sikaflex 295 UV for the actual bonding. Try these guys for supply - www.marineindustrial.co.uk

Mike Newall Senior Member A330 Capt, Builder, Posts: 264	Re: Sikaflex Reply #2 - 01.07.2010 at 22:00:26 205, cleaner, 209 primer, 295UV adhesive. If you go onto the Sikaflex Marine site, there is a downloadable pdf which gives applications for all their products. You need bonding of organic glass.

If I bend the frame outwards to meet the canopy it won't sit flush to the fuselage. Wondering if either its not been trimmed quite enough or if its OK to pull the perspex in by an inch.
